Harry Potter is a seemingly ordinary boy, living with a family dealing with his blood, the Dursleys in Surrey. On his eleventh birthday, Harry learned of a mysterious stranger, Rubeus Hagrid, that he is actually a wizard, famous in the world of magic to survive an attack by the evil Lord Voldemort when Harry was a baby. Voldemort killed Harry's parents, but the attack on Harry failed, leaving only a lightning scar on Harry's forehead and make Voldemort helpless. Hagrid reveals to Harry that he had been invited to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and a. After buying the school supplies of Diagon Alley, Harry went to the train to Hogwarts via Platform 9 ¾ hidden in King Cross Station.
On the train, Harry met Ronald Weasley, the son of a witch family, but not pure-blood witch (instead of 100% of parents witches), and Hermione Granger, a witch who was born of parents not a witch. Once they arrive at school, Harry and all the other first year students are sorted into four different groups: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. As a Slytherin famous for being the evil wizard, Harry managed to create the magical Sorting Hat not to put him in Slytherin. He was placed in Gryffindor, along with Ron and Hermione.
At Hogwarts, Harry began to study magic and also discover more about his past and his parents. Harry the Gryffindor Quidditch team intentionally make (sport in the wizarding world where people fly on broomsticks) as a Seeker, learned that his father was also a member of the team.One night, he, Ron, and Hermione find a giant three-headed dog on the bottom floor of the school. The trio has recorded a mountain troll ran away and after Harry nearly knocked off his broom by a powerful curse in one of the Quidditch match, the trio assumed that someone is trying to get past a dog. Harry finds the Mirror of Erised that indicates a person's heart's desire. The headmaster Albus Dumbledore suggested moving the mirror and Harry fight to look. By using the information accidentally let slip by Hagrid, Hermione found that dogs guard the Sorcerer's Stone, a tool that can be used to give its owner immortality. He concluded that the potion teacher, Severus Snape, trying to get the stones. Harry was caught out of bed at night and given detention. While helping Hagrid in the dark woods, Harry saw a hooded figure drink the blood of a unicorn for healing properties. He concluded that the hooded figure was Voldemort and concluded that Snape is trying to get the stone to restore Voldemort to full strength.
After hearing from Hagrid that the dog will fall asleep if the music is played and that he was listening to this from a guy at a local bar one night, Harry, Ron, and Hermione decide that Snape is a man in the pub and tried to warn Dumbledore. After learning he was away on business trio concluded that Snape will try to steal the stone that night and decided to find the stone before Snape does.
They face a series of constraints: survivor of deadly plants, fly to find the key that flew past and a frightening, won the chess match. The trio use their skills to overcome obstacles. Hermione uses a spell to pass his knowledge of plants, Harry uses his skills as a search to get past locks and Ron use their skills in chess to win a chess match. However, Ron was nearly killed in a game with Ron and Hermione remain in place, but Harry was walking in front, alone.
In the last room, Harry finds that it was not Snape wants the stone, but the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Professor Quirrell. Quirrell revealed that he let the troll and try to kill Harry in the Quidditch match. He also revealed that Snape was protecting Harry and tried to stop Quirrell throughout the year. Due to an enchantment that was placed by Dumbledore, Harry finds the stone in his pocket after a close look at the Mirror of Erised. Quirrell removes his turban and reveals Voldemort to stay in the back of his head. Harry tried to escape but Quirrell start a fire by clicking his fingers to trap him. Voldemort tries to convince Harry to give him a stone with a promise to bring her parents back from the dead, but Harry refuses. Quirrell tries to kill him but Harry touches Quirrell prevent Harry from harm and causing her to turn to dust. Quirrell then try to retrieve the stone, but Harry grabbed his face, causes Quirrell to turn into dust and die. When Harry got up, and forms the spirit of Voldemort through Harry, knocking him unconscious, before fleeing.
Harry awoke in the hospital school, with Professor Dumbledore at his side. Dumbledore explains that the stone has been destroyed, and that both Hermione and Ron just fine. Quirrell was burned at the touch of Harry because, when Harry's mother died to save him, his death gave Harry, love-based magical protection against Voldemort. At the end of the year feast, Dumbledore gave the last point home minutes to Harry, Ron, Neville and Hermione to the courage and intelligence, so that Gryffindor wins the house cup. Before Harry and all the students left for summer, Harry realized that while every other student to go home, Hogwarts is really his home.
